Helping the Bereaved

I never really know how to comfort others when someone close to them dies. I always feel inadequate to help. My options are always help or don’t help. I confess I often don’t help because I just don’t know what to do. My desire is to help, and sometimes I do help — or at least do things I think help but never know if I’m really helping.

Well, someone pointed me to this post that I think is a great help. It’s called what to do for the bereaved and it’s really worth a read.
