psa: superbowl halftime can be trouble

by rob on January 23, 2006

Mike Ditka knows about the problem. Do you?

It’s the Ledgend of the Super Bowl Halftime Flush:

Legend has it during halftime of football’s Big Game in February, more than 350 million gallons of water will flush through our toilets as an estimated 90 million people use their facilities. That amount of flushing equals seven minutes of water flowing over the Niagara Falls. No wonder that unexpected — and unwanted — clogged toilets will occur in bathrooms everywhere.
