Every time I think of that phrase, I think of The Andy Griffith Show.
But in South Wales, the citizens don’t go running around shouting “citizen’s arrest” in the deepest Mayberry hick accent. The British, of course, are much more sophisticated.
They just use their mobile phone cameras to catch crooks.
