Heroes

heroesHave you been watching the NBC show Heroes?

Wow! Great show. I didn’t think I’d get into it as much as I have. We’re only 10 episodes into it and it’s been great. It’s a serialized sci-fi drama I suppose that is a little comic bookish (like X-Men).

Don’t let that scare you off if you’re not into sci-fi or comic books. Wednesday night you have a chance to catch up on the first 6 episodes on the Sci-Fi channel. Check your local listings.

Or see Heroes (TV series) – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Great show.

@Holly : I'd want to have invisibility. Would love to sneak around and see what's REALLY going on! ;-)

@Ali : Yeah, but I'm still hooked. I'm sure we'll be getting to know more soon. Love it!

@Paul : I knew about Takei, but not about Dr. Who guy. Cool. That's really the only Sci-Fi show I like on a regular basis (sans Heroes and Lost if you count them).

Without a doubt, this is my new favorite show. I kind of like that there are still so many questions unanswered; you just never know what might be coming next.

I also like that Christopher Ecclestone (Dr Who) and George Takei (Star Trek) are joining the cast, although it is a bit of a bummer that Takei will be playing Hiro's father, with the purpose of taking Hiro home to Japan.

    i love this show.
but...there weren't ENOUGH answers for me. i needed at least another hour of explanation!
  • I was glad to see more answers come last night. The first of the series was so dark for me. I liked the 4400's twist on the "abilities" so I had a hard time with the unexplained darkness of Heroes when it started. But last night it stepped things up a notch and I was happy for some answers! So if you could pick, what would your ability be? I think I'd like to be a teleporter (sp?) or have a replicator ability to reproduce anything just by thinking about it.

    Hugs,
    Holly
