History is everything that happened before.

Pre- is a prefix that means before.

So prehistoric means before everything that happened before.

So I want to know how do we know what happened before anything happened?

And if there are things that are prehistoric, would the future be posthistoric? Or would the ‘post’ cancel out the ‘historic’ so that posthistoric would just be a synonym of ‘currently’?

And I suppose if history repeats itself it’s rehistoric?

  • I think the question should be, “Is there such a thing as ‘prehistoric’?” What I mean or what I believe is that the bible covers history up to creation. So before creation had time even been created yet? Without time can there even be history?
